How fast can you pick up my stuff?

We offer same-day service as slots allow. Standard bookings are typically fulfilled within 24 hours. Add Priority Same-Day ($30) to jump to the front of the queue.

Do I need to be home?

No. Items must be staged at the curb before your pickup window. We don't enter homes, garages, or backyards. You'll get a photo-proof confirmation when we're done.

What if my items are inside or in the backyard?

Accepted Answer

We are curbside-only. Items must be outside and accessible from the street. If we arrive and items are not staged, a trip fee applies.

How does pricing work?

Pick a size tier (Small $59, Medium $99, Large $159, XL $249) and add optional extras. Price is estimated at booking and confirmed on-site based on actual volume.

What can't you take?

We refuse all hazardous materials: liquids, oils/fuels, paint/solvents/chemicals, pesticides/herbicides, and any hazardous waste. See our WM-Safe page for details.

Do you take appliances?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Standard appliances are included in your size tier. Refrigerant appliances (fridges, freezers, window AC, dehumidifiers) have a $45 handling fee and require photos. Leaking units are refused.

Why do I need to check WM-safe boxes when booking?

Accepted Answer

It's our compliance gate. You confirm your load contains no prohibited items. This protects you, our crew, and the environment. Non-compliant loads are refused with a possible trip fee.

When are photos required?

Accepted Answer

Photos are required for: mixed loads, Large/XL size tiers, and any refrigerant appliance. Upload 1–3 photos during booking.

What's the trip fee?

Accepted Answer

If we arrive and items aren't staged curbside, or the load contains prohibited materials, a trip fee applies. This compensates for the crew's time and fuel.
